Google just released Version 1.1 of their Search Engine Optimization (SEO) Starter Guide in Nov. 13, 2008. In these 22 pages, Google refers to everything they think as their best practices for SEO:

• Create unique, accurate page titles
• Make use of the "description" meta tag
• Improve the structure of your URLs
• Make your site easier to navigate
• Offer quality content and services
• Write better anchor text
• Use heading tages appropriately
• Optimize your use of images
• Make effective use of robots.txt
• Be aware of rel="nofollow" for links
• Promote your website in the right ways
• Make use of free webmaster tools
• Take advantage of web analytics services

GameWitch Studio's Official WebSite

After the Game WitchCraft: Alchemy finished, I designed this website for GameWitch Studio.

Registered Users can enjoy the two flash card games (WitchCraft: Alchemy and WitchCraft: Necromancy) and upload their scores. We have an Honor Ranking System, listing the highest 20 scores in each game, and every month the top 3 will get some gifts (cheap gifts, like badges I made myself).

The theme of this site is as usual as the style of GameWitch's games - Dark, arcane and myth. I love its Nav bar! But since I came to Beijing, it's not available now:(

Killertoy's Website

Another reminiscent stuff.

I run a Fashion Design Project named Killertoy in 2005. The style is like street, graffiti, hip-hop and fasion. And I associated with some hip-hop guys (like streetballars and dancers and MCs and DJs) then created an un-registered organization called "W-Unite" (Wuhan Union). I designed some cool stuff and made them out, like tees, dog-tags, stickers, badges and caps, I found some factories and talked about the costs, then made a price for each production. We were all very happy at that time, dude.

But then I came to Beijing, for my new job. So this project was laid aside for a long, long time. And I think maybe it'll be laid forever:-(

Rococo Band

Rococo was a pop-punk/indie-rock band which found in 2004 and disbanded in 2006.

These girls (Piggy/Vocal, Layla/Guitar, Mavis/Bass and Snow/Drums.) did great things. They held hundreds of gigs around China, released a 4-songs-Demo, a 5-songs-EP, a Full-CD-Album (Rococo), and a Music Video (We Just Free). The band was interviewed by XMUSIC Magazine and Rolling Stone Magazine.

The girls of Rococo was trying to make their music more powerful and more stands out, and I think they made it successfully. My friend, Tom Lau was their producer.
